ORDER PROCESSING
At Mari, we work hard to fulfil your orders in a timely manner and provide you with an exceptional service. Most orders will be processed within 2-4 working days, prior to delivery. Please note, during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Please allow a slightly longer period of time for international & worldwide orders.
You will receive an email notification, once your order has been processed and dispatched. You will be notified of tracking details, information and more via email so that you can keep an eye on the progress of your package.
DELIVERY
United Kingdom
- All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail (Tracked 48 Service)
- The standard delivery timeframe is 2-3 Working Days after dispatch.
- Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Europe
- All European orders are posted via Royal Mail (International Tracked)
- The standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 Working Days after dispatch.
- Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Worldwide/International (USA, Canada, Middle East, Australia & Asia)
- All wider international orders are posted via Royal Mail (International Tracked)
- The standard delivery timeframe is 5-7 Working Days after dispatch.
- Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Note: Orders placed on weekends, will be shipped within 3 working days from Monday. We are not responsible for any delays made by the courier service. If this does occur, you will have to reach out to the courier directly as we are not liable.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
- For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. The charges are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customers.
- These fees are not included in your payment to us and you will be responsible for paying any such duties, if applicable.
- Mari is NOT responsible for any delays to customs clearance or import duties and taxes as this is completely out of our control.
